Commercial Photos
Includes real estate photos (Real Estate agents only, no For Sale by Owner), company events (grand openings, ribbon cuttings, award banquets or party’s), photo’s for print advertisement, employee headshots.
- Company Events or Print Advertisement – 175.00 per hour, minimum one hour, one photographer. Two photographers add 50.00 per hour. Includes one digital file for 50.00 – 100.00 depending on size of file.
- Real Estate Photos – Pricing based on square footage of home or property. Up to 1700 square feet 150.00; 1701 to 2500 sq. ft. 175.00; 2501 to 4000 sq. ft. 200.00; 4000 sq. ft. and up 250.00. Includes one digital file for 50.00.
- Headshots – One person at business 100.00. Two to nine employees per person on same day 75.00. Twenty minutes per person. Ten proofs per person in an online gallery with choice of one digital image. Extra images 25.00 each.
Family Photography
Includes all spectrums of the family journey: Maternity, infant, baby, child, family, pets, seniors and holidays.
- Maternity Session – One hour session at one location 300.00. Minimum print order of 400.00.
- Newborn Session – One hour session at one location 300.00. Must be scheduled within the first seven weeks. Minimum print order of 400.00.
- 1st Birthday Cake Smash Session – 45 minute session at one location 150.00 – I supply cake with the colors of your choice – minimum order 250.00.
- Babies First Year – Three one hour sessions at one location 700.00. You pick three: Maternity, Newborn, Six Months, and/or 1st Birthday Cake Smash. Average investment ranges from 700.00 to 1400.00.
- Children – ages 4-14 – one hour session at one location 300.00 with one child. Extra children 50.00 per child. Minimum order 400.00.
- Pet Sessions – One hour session at one location 150.00. Minimum order 250.00.
- Senior Session One – one hour session at one location 200.00. Two outfit changes. Minimum order 250.00.
- Senior Session Two – one and a half hour session at two locations 300.00. Three outfit changes. Minimum order 400.00.
- Holiday Session – One half hour session 100.00. One location – Great for Christmas Cards – limited slots per year – book early – Ten proofs in an online gallery choice of one digital image.
Lifestyle Sessions
A journalistic approach to storytelling for family events – Have an heirloom event that you want to document for your family? First home, anniversary, family reunion, graduation, gender reveal, engagement; you name it. Photos will be almost exclusively Black and White – Photos are arranged in an heirloom quality album embossed with the family name and event.
- Lifestyle Session I – 350.00 per hour at one location – Price includes one photo album. Additional albums can be ordered for 75.00 each.
- Lifestyle Session II – 475.00 for one and a half hours at one location – Price includes one photo album. Additional albums can be ordered for 75.00 each. Additional time and/or locations are negotiable.
Glory Sessions
In our Glory Sessions, we create a fine art portrait of you, your family, or your children which is printed on watercolor paper in black and white. Would you like a mother and child or father and child portrait capturing the bond between parent and child? We would love to preserve that treasured and all too quickly passing memory for you.
- Glory Session – 400.00 for one hour in studio only – Fine art portrait, printed on watercolor paper, black and white only. For children ages four through 14, one child only or mother and child or father and child – more than one child add 100.00 per child. Minimum order 400.00.
